The equine department consists of five veterinary surgeons and two large animal nurses. The equine team is committed to providing the highest level of veterinary services to all horses under their care and building up close personal relationships between vet and client. The team has a broad range of interests and are able to offer a wide range of services including:
- Vaccinations
- Passports and microchipping
- Sedations for clipping, dentistry, etc
- Faecal egg counts and worming advice
- Dentistry
- Castrations
- Lameness work-ups including nerve blocks and imaging as required
- Radiography
- Ultrasonography
- Endoscopy
- Pregnancy diagnosis
- Routine and emergency procedures
