Out of hours emergency
If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please call the large animal “on call” number: 07860 496302.
If you are unable to get through, please call our preferred emergency call handler and dedicated emergency service for small animal – Pet Emergency Treatment Services Ltd (PETS). When you contact PETS they will take all of your details and information on your animal’s condition, then they will contact one of the large animal team members here at Putlands Veterinary Surgeons. This system is in place to help with any issues with phone coverage.
A member of our large animal team will then contact you to determine the best method of action to take.
